Michael Krennerich
geb. 1965, ist Professor für Politikwissenschaft am Lehrstuhl für Menschenrechte und Menschenrechtspolitik der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Er forscht seit rund 30 Jahren zu Wahlen weltweit und ist regelmäßig als internationaler Wahlrechtsexperte für die Venedig-Kommission des Europarats tätig. Zugleich ist er leitender Herausgeber der »Zeitschrift für Menschenrechte«.
